What do I need to place an International booking?

You will need your name, address, driver`s age, your contact number, email address, a flight number and a credit card.

Is there a reason why I need to have a flight number?

Your flight number will allow us to check when your flight is arriving at airport locations in case of flight delays.

What is included in the international Vehicle Hire Rate?

The following are normally included, but they can change depending on the country you`re traveling in:

As this list may change, at the time of booking, we advise you to check what will be included in your rental. However, if you have confirmed your booking, all the details will be found on your rental`s conditions sent to you.

When can I expect a confirmation for my reservation?

Bookings are normally confirmed immediately,but may be affected by availability. If there are any changes you will be contacted, and informed within 48 hours.

Where do I pay for extras?

Extras are not included in the rental rate. They are, however, payable on location when collecting your rental car, and are paid in local currency.

What is a cost for an additional driver?

You can find the cost on your rental conditions sent to you. Look for ‘Optional Extras’.

Can I book a specific car make or model?

We display the most common vehicles. But, we can’t guarantee that the make or model will be the same as the displayed picture. However, we can assure you that the vehicle you collect will be of a similar grade as your request.
